Israel Police in conjunction with a number of government agencies are continuing their battle against illegal cooking gas operators towards preventing catastrophe.

On Wednesday morning 26 Shevat police raided an illegal gas operation in Dir el-Assad. Inspectors of the Ministry of National Infrastructure accompanied police. Inspections of three facilities revealed 50 illegal LP gas canisters as well as a gas filling station in a residence. A number of arrests were made.
