BREAKING: 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Rules against Reinstating Trump’s Immigration Executive Order

trA federal appeals court in San Francisco has ruled against President Donald Trump’s ban on travelers from seven predominantly Muslim nations.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a lower-court ruling that temporarily suspended the ban and allowed previously barred travelers to enter the U.S.

An appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court is possible.

U.S. District Judge James Robart in Seattle issued a temporary restraining order halting the ban last week after Washington state and Minnesota sued.

The administration said the seven nations – Iran, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, Syria and Yemen – have raised terrorism concerns. The states argued that the ban targets Muslims.

  1. Not a good day for Trump.First the Conway ethics fiasco, follow of the daily briefing and now this defeat in court.ed by Spicers poor reading

  2. If the ban will not go through, these refugees should be forced to live in San Francisco and Seattle close to the homes of these idiotic judges.

  3. Anyone that can’t see that the judges are playing politics needs to look into the matter a little better and realize what’s going on.
