Education Minister Naftali Bennet on Wednesday night the eve of 28 Teves announced that even if criminal charges are filed against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu he is not interested in changing government coalitions. He is referring to a situation that would compel the Prime Minister to step down as a result of one of the investigations against him.
Speaking to Channel 2 News, Bennet explained his party, Bayit Yehudi, will not play a role in changing the coalition and cabinet.
Mr. Netanyahu was questioned again this week for hours and there are several investigations going on simultaneously against him.
Speaking to the media, Mr. Netanyahu played down statements from opponents that he is likely to be indicted, insisting he will be cleared of all suspicion.
