Chicago – Five months after he was arrested on his way to Pakistan, allegedly to meet with leaders of a terrorist group, David Coleman Headley is scheduled to plead guilty Thursday in federal court in Chicago in connection with the 2008 deadly terror assault in Mumbai, India, court records show.
Headley has been cooperating with the government since his October arrest in Chicago. One of his attorneys, John Theis, confirmed Tuesday that Headley has been in negotiations with the government, and said he expects a written plea agreement to be finalized by Thursday.
Headley faces up to the death penalty. Theis said it was safe to say the plea agreement would take into account “sentencing issues,” but he would not comment specifically on whether prosecutors promised not to pursue capital punishment in return for his cooperation.

maybe we should write to the Governor and plead on his behalf.
Kill him.
Its not enough to punish just him. Who influenced him? Who else in America is in his cult. These ideas don’t just come out of nowhere.
If he escapes the death penalty, as he probably will with a plea bargain, Life without parole in Flomax would be a good alternative.
Remember, the Mumbai attack killed man7y innocent people and was not limited to Yidden.
