Is it appropriate to call the taxi driver an “idiot.” I don’t disagree, but why say so in public?

Maybe I a missed it, but although I see a cop stopping someone (or maybe assisting someone that was already stopped?), I could not tell if the lights were flashing on the School Bus when he passed it.
While it is certainly illegal, dangerous, and irresponsible to pass a school bus while the lights are flashing, the Title implies that he is an ‘idiot’ only because he did it right in front of a police car. Anyone passing a School Bus might indeed be an idiot, but under this definition, there is a good possibility that this guy did not see the police car. In fact, since he had just turned the corner, there is even a possibility that he also missed noticing the School Bus with the lights.
The picture is so blurry that I am not even sure how you can tell it is a taxi!
Nevertheless, all nitpicking aside – I actually really appreciate this video being posted here. There is an important (though unfortunate) need to remind drivers not to pass School Buses with the lights flashing. Apparently, just telling them not to do it is not effective enough. Showing someone getting caught in the act and punished might help a little more.
That is certainly better than having to show a video (R”L) of some ‘idiot’ passing a School Bus and crashing into children!!
