A suspicious package prompted an investigation at the main BMG building on Sunday morning.

The package was located inside the lobby of the Israel Henry Beren Hall.

The Lakewood Police Department blocked entry to the parking lot and entrances, and asked people people to avoid the area.

A K-9 dog responded, and at around 8:30AM the package was cleared by police, and the area was reopened to pedestrian traffic.
