The man accused of plotting to set off homemade bombs in NYC’s subway system reportedly has agreed to plead guilty.
A law enforcement official tells the Associated Press Najibullah Zazi accepted the plea deal after cooperating with authorities over the past few weeks.
He was charged in September with conspiring to use weapons of mass destruction, but the official says he does not know what charge Zazi planned to plead guilty to.
Authorities say Zazi received al-Qaida training in Pakistan.
He had been working as an airport shuttle driver in Denver until authorities were tipped off to his alleged plot last summer.
Investigators say Zazi was caught on surveillance video purchasing items in a beauty supply store in Colorado that could be used to make a bomb.
Charges have also been filed against Zazi’s father for allegedly trying to destroy chemicals and other evidence in his son’s case.

In DEMOCRATIC countries like America, evidence is presented before criminal prosecution.
The guy is going to get life in prison without possibility of parole because America’s justice system works and has been played out.
If you don’t like America’s rule of law then there are plenty of totalitarian countries for you to call home.
All that said, I can’t wait for the scumbag Ahmad Wais Afzali to get his day in court.

Correct yehudayona, thank you for your civil reply… and part of the plea is that he sings like a bird or the deal is off.
He’s still looking at decades in jail… and when he gets out he’ll be white hot, no one is going to get near him without being surveilled.
A guy like Flatbush Bubby on the other hand would just like him (and anyone who disagrees with him) fingernails pulled off, tortured, drawn an quartered by a vigilante mob, oh yeah that’s really going to work in a democracy Bubba.
