Police operating a checkpoint at the Shuafat refugee camp in the Jeursalem district stopped a 36-year-old driver for inspection. To their surprise, after running his license they learned he has been driving on a suspended license since 2005.

He was promptly arrested and arraigned and is being held without bail pending the legal process against him.
