While opposition leader MK Tzipi Livni canceled a trip to the UK for fear of being arrested for war crimes pertaining to her role as foreign minister during Operation Cast Lead, she now announced she would be willing to travel to the UK and cause her own arrest to embarrass the UK into amending the shameful law.
According to a report appearing in the London Times, Livni states UK officials guaranteed her they would act expeditiously to amend the law but it appears this is not happening.
At the time Livni canceled her visit to London, Foreign Secretary David Miliband promised to act to amend the law, but nothing seems to have changed since then, a number of months later.

You go, girl!
a slick thought but we waste our time debating and trying to reason with the unreasonable west. you would think situations like these arrest warrants would be a sign to all of those perfectly content jews throughout america and the west that seem to have fallen asleep
Go Livni Go!
I hope and pray that the Brits do not change the law and you will be stuck in the UK for years going through their legal systems and courtcases. We certainly will not miss you here in Israel……
