ZAKA volunteers under the watchful eye of police on Tuesday morning 30 Tishrei exhumed a kever in Har Menuchos. It appears that a man purchased a kever back in 1980s and it has recently been learned that someone is buried in that kever. The man turned to the courts and it was ruled the body interred in the kever purchased by the man must be cleared immediately.
Police kept curiosity seekers back in the hope of preventing anyone from photographing the unfortunate incident. Persons who tried to take photos were distanced by police.

What has this to do with the secular courts and the police? Surely this is an issue for Rabbonim and if needed a Din Torah.
