Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan is on an official visit to Moscow where he met on Monday 29 Tishrei with the Moscow police commissioner. Erdan was given a tour of Moscow’s police headquarters and command center amid the realization the Moscow police force is 2.5 times larger than Israel Police.

In the command center Erdan learned 130,000 cameras monitor events outside and provide a live feed to police.

During his official visit Erdan will also be meeting with the Deputy Minister of the Interior and Minister of Justice and he will be briefed on methods used to fight crime in Moscow.
