Yerushalayim…The luxury Jerusalem Estates project in the Schneller Compound is entering a new phase of development, thanks to its meticulous planning and meeting all goals in a timely manner. The excavation work has been completed and the actual construction of the private estate within the historic Schneller Compound has commenced after the developers met all government requirements and received a “building permit” from the municipal authorities.

The planned Jerusalem Estates development is already being labeled in the real estate industry as “unprecedented” for its high standards of construction and overall professionalism in such a coveted location. The very fact that this completely enclosed private complex in the famed Schneller Compound is also centrally located has contributed to its lofty reputation already at this stage of its development. It is only minutes away from the world-wide Torah and Chassidic centersin some of the celebrated hallowed communities in central Yerushalayim.

In announcing the beginning of the construction of the complex, Yehuda Feigin, a noted world class architect, said: “When one builds such a high-class project, it is imperative to factor in every possible nuance prior to implementation.” He added: “We conducted countless strategic meetings with a galaxy of outstanding professionals who helped form a blueprint of excellence, a complete and scrupulous set of plans, as well as specific milestones and goals, which were all met to date.” Mr. Feigin explained that this level of planning and professionalism never before experienced in the religious community extended to all phases of development, including the architectural and survey experts as well as real estate professionals.

Jerusalem Estates will be a completely walled-in private complex without any access to vehicles. Residents and guests will be able to use an underground tunnel that will lead directly into the complex. Once inside, residents will enjoy living in an area festooned with luscious green gardens in an interior park setting.

Nowhere is the extraordinary interest in this revolutionary project felt more than in the sales office on King David Street in the center of Yerushalayim. Thus far, this has translated to the sale of 40 apartments totaling NIS 160 million. Dozens of other prospective buyers have registered their interest in the last few weeks, largely due to the many attributes that make this luxury project so attractive.

A spokesman for the developers of Jerusalem Estates noted that “when we speak of luxury, it is not only about the high end construction that simply does not exist in the Orthodox community or the exquisite location in an exclusive estate that is also a first for this community.” He said that the project is also defined by the fact that “we are working with the foremost professionals in the real estate industry, the most prominent attorneys, Bank Hapoalim which is very much a part of this project, world-class architects, and leading construction consultants and experts.” He concluded: “Our claim of being the most prestigious project ever built in the city is certainly supported by the esteemed quality team that developed this project.”

The Jerusalem Estates developers emphasize that meeting major milestones is the key to the success of any real estate project, especially such an elite development. “As we make the transition from the excavation phase to construction to be completed within 30 months, we recognize that we are that much closer to the day when an exclusive group of new residents will experience the highest standards of luxury while realizing ancient Yerushalayim in its full splendor.
