IDF Deputy Chief of Staff Major-General Benny Gantz stated on Tuesday that Israel’s deterrence is working, stating terrorist organizations are having difficulty perpetrating attacks, now looking for new methods to strike out against Israel, pointing to the bombs found along the Ashdod and Ashkelon beaches.

On the other hand, the presence of the marine bombs also signals the terrorists remain determined, and they are continuing tenacious efforts to perpetrate a quality attack.
