4:00pm: Terrorists in Hamas-controlled Gaza fired at field workers from Kibbutz Kfar Aza. No injuries were reported.

**4:29PM: A Kassam rocket landed in S. Ashkelon area. No injuries reported.

**DM Barak announced that UN chief Bank ki-Moon was “very impressed” with Israel’s response to the Goldstone Report, adding it would be a mistake to launch a state inquiry into the allegations leveled against Israel in the report. Barak remains adamantly opposed to a state inquiry, as is IDF Chief of Staff Lt.-General Gabi Ashkenazi. PM Netanyahu is leaning in favor of an inquiry.

**In a Monday evening head-in collision near the southern entrance to Tiveria, a 90-y/o woman was killed, another person seriously injured and two other lightly injured.

**Israel’s Public Utility Committee has approved a 10% drop in domestic electricity rates and a 16% reduction for commercial clients.
