There are many reasons for this differential and it will take a long time to equalize but a good place to start would be to eliminate the rampant discrimination against sephardeshe boys and girls in admission to school. While some girls may not enter the workforce, more and more will and having equal educational opportunities would be a big factor in longer-term job success.
Ironic that the picture is of Charedi Yidden, whom Chilonim often accuse of not having jobs….
Parnassah comes from Hashem. Obviously, He likes Ashkenazim better.
What rampant discrimination in admission? This article is referring to the general public, not certain charedi institutions.
