1:32PM IL: The IDF spokesman a short time ago, Tuesday, 17 Elul, confirmed reports that the Israel Air Force downed a Hamas drone along the Gaza coast.

The report adds that the unmanned aircraft was detected and intercepted by the air force prior to entering Israel.

The statement concluded “The IDF will not tolerate incursions into Israeli airspace and will take measures against any such attempts”.
