Last week Rabbi Elchonon Weisbord visited Maran Rav Aharon Leib Steinman shlit”a to ask for a special Rosh Hashana blessing on behalf of donors to the largest Kollel network in Israel. The Rosh Yeshiva stressed that one must continue to support Torah as long as he lives, quoting the verse “I shall not die for I will live and praise G-D (Psalms 118:17)”, and then blessed the supporters of the 1,900 Torah scholars who learn at Yisacher B’Ohalecha’s 37 branch Kollelim situated in 15 cities and towns across Israel with a New Year filled with goodness.
