Fire crews in north-west London spent hours fighting a fire that burned through a Kosher restaurant and an adjoining shop in Golders Green early this morning.

The Fire Department was called to the blaze at La Fiesta restaurant and the next-door premises on Golders Green Road at around 4am on Tuesday. It took the crews more than three hours to bring the fire under control.

According to the London Fire Brigade, fire damaged the first floor of the restaurant and badly damaged the roof. The roof of the shop was also damaged in the fire.

B”H no-one was injured and the cause of the blaze is under investigation.
