Dutch Member Of Parliament Wouldn’t Shake Visiting PM Netanyahu’s Hand


1Member of Dutch Parliament (Labor Party) Tunahan Kuzu on Wednesday morning 4 Elul refused to shake hands with Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, who was visiting the Dutch Parliament.

Netanyahu turned around. Local Dutch media added that the MP was also wearing a PLO flag pin.

The Dutch MP also uses Facebook to blame Israel for Operation Protective Edge, accusing of murdering Gazan children while Mr. Netanyahu gets the red carpet treatment during his visit.

  1. Just shows how many ignorant and stupid people there are in the world. To refuse to shake the hand of a visiting Prime Minister, is the ultimate in rudeness.

  2. Netanyahu showed considerable restraint in not making an incident out of this one Israel-hating politician who tried to call attention to his sympathy for the Hamas terrorists in Gaza. EY needs to continue engagement with the EU countries notwithstanding a growing anti-Israel, anti-Zionist sentiments among their legislators.
