The rosh yeshiva of the Ohd Yosef Chai Yeshiva in Yishuv Yitzhar, Rabbi Yitzchak Shapira, has been called in by authorities and he will be questioned in connection to the mosque attack in the PA village of Yusuf, in the Shechem district.
The rosh yeshiva will also be questioned regarding his sefer, Toras HaMelech, in which he discusses many halachic concepts, including when halacha permits the murder of “aino yehudim”.
The rav has announced publically on more than one occasion that contrary to statements from those who do not understand, the sefer is not a handbook for murder as the secular press portrayed it, but a halachic treatise.

A question then is how the sefer is understood by his talmidim.
Unless clearly explained otherwise, if a halacha sefer holds that an act is mutter, wouldn’t it be read to say the act is mutter l’maisah?
