Poll: Netanyahu Is Dropping; Bennett Is Graining And Yair Lapid Is As Popular As Ever

1A new Smith Poll commissioned by the Jerusalem Post shows that three months after resigning from Knesset, former Defense Minister Moshe Ya’alon’s popularity has waned.

If elections were held today, Likud would continue to be the largest party with 27 seats instead of its current 30. In a scenario in which Ya’alon and former Likud Minister Gideon Saar run together Likud would drop to 25 and this new party would earn 16 seats. Presenting the same scenario immediately after Ya’alon left office, the new party earned 25 seats.

The poll also shows results if elections were held today in the framework of the parties that makeup the 20th [current] Knesset.

(Parenthesis= current number of seats)

Machane Tzioni 12 (24)

Yesh Atid 20 (11)

  1. That’s what they said right before the elections last time , at the end of the day ,as much as the press hates Netanyahu,he gets his votes , and bh there’s many detering facts to Bennett growing , and Lapid looks like he’ll be a thorn in our sides for many years to come. Nothing jas changed in Israeli politics
