Regardless of the outcome of the case, attorney Ofir Cohen will earn a measure of popularity for his class action suit against Jerusalem City Hall for the broken parking meters which gobble up funds that seem to be lost into oblivion.

The suit claims the meters were never adjusted to accept NIS 10 coins. In addition, they do not give proper change, leading to enormous profits for the city, money that the municipality is simply not entitled to.
