The IDF was summoned during the night (Monday to Tuesday) of 19 Menachem Av after a bus of Breslov chassidim arrived at Kever Yosef to be mispallel at the tziyun located in PA (Palestinian Authority) occupied Shechem.
The mispallalim did not coordinate the visit with the IDF as required and they immediately came under attack from Arabs hurling rocks. The IDF had to enter the area to extricate them.
The mispallalim were taken into custody for entering an area ‘A’, an area under exclusive PA autonomous control.
Attorney Itamar Ben-Givir, who is representing the chassidim laments the fact they were arrested, pointing out members of the Israeli left-wing routinely enter Ramallah to advance their agenda and they are never arrested.
Ben-Givir adds that placing the discrimination aside, in accordance with the Oslo Agreement, Israelis are to enjoy free access to holy sites including Kever Yosef while in practice, this is not enforced and one places oneself in perilous danger by trying to visit the site to be mispallel.

By not coordinating with the IDF they put themselves at risk and also put the IDF soldiers at risk who come to bravely rescue them.
This has happened multiple times. Given that they know a visit to these place is likely to trigger demonstrations, they deliberately go anyway with the inevitable outcome. These uncoordinated visits to a makom kodesh in the midst of large Palestinian populations put both the mispallalim and the chayalim at risk for no reason and should be discouraged
These chevra are followers of Rav Berland. Wherever they are they totally ignore authority and just do whatever takes their fancy. They created a horrendous chilul Hashem in Holland and South Africa, and it is sickening that people stick up for them. Let them experience the full repercussion of their actions. Mind you, if they land in prison they’ll be re-united with their Rav which might be what they want.

All those people that entered arab territory with out coordination with the IDF are completely and totally irresponsible. I hope that they are not married. Who is going to support the wife and children????? How are they going to survive on their own??? Are you trying to force Hashem to make for you a private miracle.
