Today at 8:15PM (E”Y time) Rav Avrohom Gurwitz Shlita, R”Y Gateshead will be delivering a Shmooze/Divrei Chizuk to all his Talmidim in the Mir Yerushalayim at B”M Shalmey Simcha.
Last evening Rav Yackov Tzvi Blum Shlita RAM in Mesivta Eitz Chaim D’bobov made a Chasunah. The Bobover Rebbe Rav Bentzion Halberstam Shlita was Michubad with Sidur Kiddushin.
A first son was born yesterday to R Moshe Weiss, son of Rav Avraham Weiss, Chief Rabbi of Glasgow Scotland, and son-in-law of Rav Kalman Friedman Shlita Rosh Kollel of Woodridge Kollel.
Tonight is the Chasunah of an Einikel of the Skulena Rebbe Shlita; taking place in The Concord Plaza. (The Rebbe will be @ the Kabulas Ponim @ 6:15PM)

Rabbi Gurwitz spoke very well, about the importance of learning torah. There was a large attendance of 600 people, including many avreichim too. “Hashem shall open our hearts with torah…” Thats a way to become close to Hashem.
