Islamists are always trying to wipe Israel off the map. Now Google has wiped Palestine off the map and that has sparked an online petition which currently has more than 150,000 signatures.
Petitioners are upset that when you do a search for Palestine in Google Maps a blank map of Israel is shown – with the areas of Gaza, Judea and Samaria marked.
Petitioners claim that the omission of Palestine is a grievous insult to the people of Palestine and undermines the efforts of the millions of people who are involved in the campaign to secure Palestinian independence and freedom from Israeli occupation and oppression.
