The Vaad L’maan Shabbos will be convening in the coming week to discuss the opening of a new AM:PM store, which may lead to a renewed boycott against Shefa Shuk, since they are both owned by Mr. Dudi Weissman, as was reported by YWN-Israel earlier this month.
The opening of the newest AM:PM store, in Tel Aviv, which is operating on shabbos, has elicited the ire of Rabbi Yitzchak Goldknopf, who heads the vaad. R’ Goldknopf has recently expressed growing concerns over the growing trend of businesses trying to operate on shabbos, warning the situation today is the worst he has known since the founding of the state in 1948.
When asked if a renewed boycott is on the agenda, the rav stated such a move is not being ruled out at this time.

Can someone ask Rabbi Goldknopf when the last ban ended? Or if it just diintegrated?
Thanks
If I’m not mistaken YWN reported when the ban was lifted.
