An indictment was filed against Moshe Gafne in traffic court for running a red light. The MK’s vehicle was photographed running a red light about a year ago, at a Ramat Gan intersection.
According to Paragraph 62 of penal code, the maximum penalty is two years imprisonment or a fine.
It is reported that if the court determines that Gafne himself was driving, it will suffice with suspending his license for a prolonged period of time. Gafne commented on the report stating he was not operating the vehicle at the time. He did not say who was driving.

Why is this coming up now? Isn’t it a little late even for a banana social republic?
What! 2 years for ruining a 43rd light! I bet it’s only selectively used against undesirables!
Baby’s
Sorry running a red light😊
Running red lights kill. He probably will get points and a fine. However if he has previous violations he may get his license suspended
Maybe when they left president out of jail for his perversion they’ll have space for him
