A top advisor to the Iranian President claimed in an interview with Iranian website Baztab that Nazi leader Adolf Hitler’s parents were both Jewish and that Hitler himself was one of the founders of the State of Israel. In the interview, translated by MEMRI (Middle East Media Research Institute) Mohammad-Ali Ramin, told Baztab that Hitler’s father even kept his Jewish name until finally changing it to Hitler when he was 40.

Hitler’s father was born out of wedlock and his mother refused to name the father, fueling speculation that the father may have been Jewish. No credible evidence supporting or denying that has been found.

I never heard anything so preposterous in my entire life. We were just discussing on Shabbos the geneaology of Saddam, Y”S, we were debating whether or not he was supposedly a direct descendant of Haman. Regardless, Hitler’s Yimach Sh’mo V’zichro, name came up & someone said that it was a FACT that Hitler was a direct descendant of Haman. I’m not quite sure how that can be proven, but I’ve heard that a number of times. Don’t you think that’s a bit more realistic than him being Jewish???? This nonsense about Hitler being Jewish is nothing more than, well, NONSENSE. Hitler was one of the founders of State of Israel???????? Right, in that case, I’m Golda Meir.

There is no H sound in Russian. A G is used instead. For that reason, when I lived in Russia, I pronounced the name Hitler with a certain letter before the H – THAT got people’s attention!
As it is I try very hard not to even say his name and if I really need to talk about him I call him der tzoirer ymach shmo – in the context people usually know that I do not mean Arafat YMS who I call der tzoirer mit der keffiyeh ymach shmo!
