Holon Man Explains How Keeping Kashrus Saved His Restaurant And Patrons

1Baruch Hashem no one was killed or seriously injured on Wednesday 7 Tammuz when a vehicle veered out of control, slamming into a restaurant in Holon. Four persons were treated for light injuries.

The owner of the restaurant, Avi Abirgimov told the press he believes that despite the fact a 70-year-old driver lost control and slammed into his establishment, injuries were minimum, and he attributes this to the fact it is the only restaurant with a mehadrin hashgacha in the area, under the supervision of Badatz Beit Yosef. He explains “generally at this time the place is full and only a few minutes before the car slammed into the place it was”.

He feels the fact that he has a good hashgacha protected him and his patrons.
