It has been clear for some time that Har Habayis is not holy to Muslims other than their mission to keep Jews off the site. Arab youths often urinate outside, engage in sports, parkour, and even photo ops like the children photographed dressed as Hamas terrorists.

During Eid el-Fitr celebrations on the holy site, the children put on Hamas uniforms and displayed their toy weapons for the photo op. This is the educational message received by Muslim children on Har Habayis as they observe the holiday ending the month of Ramadan, sending a clear message to the young regarding their purpose and destiny.
