Hadassah Hospitals spokesperson Hadar Elboim reported on Thursday afternoon 2 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz that Sara Sperling’s chosson, Yaakov [Yitzchak ben Chana Gitel] Kestelnitz has been discharged.
Yaakov was struck by an Egged 402 bus on Jerusalem’s Golda Meir Blvd. on Wednesday night and admitted with a head injury, listed in moderate condition.
The doctors are calling this case a miracle, stating he must remain home resting for the coming days.
Yaakov is the chosson of Sara Sperling, the most seriously injured victim in the fatal accident involving an Egged 402 bus in the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Highway about six months ago.

I doubt that was a 402. Looks like the corner of Golda Meir and Mirski. The 402 doesn’t go there, it’s totally the other direction of its route.
