The Ma’aras HaMachpelah will be closed to Jews on Wednesday, 1 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz to accommodate a Muslim holiday.
As such, Jews will be prohibited from entering the holy site until 4:00AM on Thursday, 2 Rosh Chodesh Tammuz. On Tuesday, Jews will gather for tefilos on the seventh step.
