It appears that the response presented to the German mediator by the Forum of 7 Cabinet calls for the deportation of heavy terrorists, to Hamas-controlled Gaza or abroad, as Israel Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) Director Yuval Diskin are unwilling to permit them to return to their homes in PA (Palestinian Authority) autonomous areas throughout Yehuda and Shomron.
The two, supported by a number of other ministers, fear that by permitting arch terrorists to return to PA autonomous areas would serve to provide a major boost to Hamas, and result in a facilitating the terrorist organization’s ongoing efforts to expand its powerbase in PA areas.
