In response to the criminal indictment against him, former Prime Minister Ehud Olmert on Monday officially entered a not-guilty plea, denying the charges and allegations against him. Representing Mr. Olmert was attorney Eli Zohar, who issued a “comprehensive denial” of the charges.
According to reports, longtime Olmert confidant and assistant Shula Zaken, who is being tried for her alleged illegal activities along with the former prime minister, will also be submitting a not-guilty plea.
