It was two years ago today, 15 Sivan, when Gilad Shaar HY”D, Naftali Frenkel HY”D and Eyal Yifrach HY”D were abducted by Hamas terrorists from Gush Etzion Junction.

The abduction led to a massive manhunt as their parents, particularly the mothers, became a symbol of emunah and pillars of strength in HKBH and resulting in achdus and tefilos for the three around the world.

R”L it was later learned that the three had been brutally murdered and their bodies dumped not long after they were abducted.

It was the massive search for the three that led to the discovery of the Hamas terrorist tunnels, which literally changed events in Israel and undoubtedly averted many major terror attacks via the tunnels.
