A Bnei Brak mom turned to MK Yisrael Eichler, chairman of the Knesset Ombudsman Committee seeking advice pertaining to her daughter’s Rav Kav transportation smart card.

The mother explains that her daughter’s card registers a balance of NIS 14,292.30 and she does not know what to do. She asks Eichler how much has to be returned to the bus company, how much can be kept and to what agency must she turn to resolve the matter.

In her letter to Eichler she explains she does not know the source of the error and she does not know how to proceed. Committee members were pleased to see the honesty of the woman, and turned to the Ministry of Transportation to tend to the matter.
