Former Ku Klux Klan leader David Duke this week defended Donald Trump on his radio show over comments Trump made about the Mexican roots of Judge Gonzalo Curiel. Duke blamed “the Jews” working in the media for spinning the news event into a negative campaign against the presumptive Republican presidential nominee.
Trump controversially said that Curiel, who is the judge in the California-based fraud case against the candidate’s Trump University educational company, is a “hater” and is being unfair to Trump because he is “Hispanic” and “Mexican.”
Duke defended Trump’s remark by calling out various media personalities over their coverage of the story, including CNN’s Wold Blitzer, who he called a “Jewish agent,” and CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker, who he called “another Jewish extremist.“
“And more recently, Fox News, the Shabbat goy shiksa Megyn Kelly, ’cause they love to have some gentiles doing it,” Duke also said, Politico reported. “They don’t want Jews always out front….I think this whole Trump University case, really, if we exploit it, can really expose the entire Jewish manipulation of the American media, the American political process, control of politics in America, and truly how they are the dominant and dangerous power that exists in the United States.”
Trump has been criticized for not being swift or firm enough in disavowing endorsements from white supremacists such as Duke.

You need to feel sorry for anti-semites in this election since the best they can do is back someone with a frum son-in-law,and who is probably the most pro-zionist of the three candidates.
Trump is the choice of most frum Jews, albeit the ones without an org, waiting for the next govt check.
I think it would be funny if Trump won and showed a very strong pro-Israel side, which he kind of does already.
Given that the politically correct left hates us, very few frum Jews will get excited about Hillary, now that the Democrats have turned into super-PC socialists (it was bad enough when they wanted to ban single sex schools – but banning single sex bathrooms and showers???).
The Libertarians’ flavor of “social liberalism” is less toxic than the Democrats, but they are isolationists which will endanger Israel, as well as Jews elsewhere.
Of course Trump’s positions heretofore have been more rhetorical, and Hillary and change her principles at a moment’s notice (as if she has princpiples other than getting elected), and Johnson-Weld have yet to think matters through but may have very different views if it starts to look like they’ll win some states (since it is possible he’ld be the compromise if the House of Representatives elects the president, something that hasn’t happened for almost 200 years).
It is mind boggling that people support Trump, he has given a voice to all the haters that have been in hiding for 10 years.
