Slim Fast is conducting a nationwide recall of all of its canned ready to drink products.

The diet shakes may be contaminated with a bacteria that can cause diarrhea, nausea and vomiting.

The probability of a serious reaction to the bacteria in cans is remote.

The recalled diet drinks were sold nationwide, individually or packaged in cartons containing four, six or 12 steel cans that are 11 ounces each.

No other Slim Fast products are affected by this recall.
