It’s good to see pictures of the Bnei Braker Rav especially since I didn’t see his picture at another recent Bnei Brak event.
Retzuos factory, not tefilin. Ellbaum retzuos are unique, as far as I know, in that they blacken the sides as well. They are soft, yet very strong and don’t seem to stretch, narrow, or become thinner over time.
