Deputy Prime Minister Silvan Shalom on Monday night released statements of denial after reports indicated he told BBC Arabic that Tanzim leader Marwan Barghouti and PFLP Secretary-General Ahmed Sadat would be included in the upcoming Gilad Shalit prisoner release with Hamas.
Shalom, who met in London on Monday with the foreign minister, stated the statements attributed to him are simply untrue, indicating the two master terrorists would not be included in the upcoming release.
