A 12-year-old talmid Yeshivat Chorev was struck by a bus on Golda Meir Blvd close to 7:30AM in Yerushalayim on Monday morning 15 Iyar. The child sustained a serious head injury and was transported to Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital.

From there he was transferred to Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital’s trauma unit while sedated and with assisted breathing. Police report the accident occurred at the intersection of Har Chotzvim/Hartum and the child was transported as CPR was performed.

Officials in Hadassah Ein Kerem describe his condition as critical.
