An 11-year-old boy is facing hate crime charges after authorities say he set a school bus on fire in Brooklyn.
The NYPD says police received a 911 call around 6 p.m. Sunday of a fire at Brooklyn Avenue and Lefferts Boulevard.
As many as five boys were on the parked bus when the boy lit the fire outside a Jewish elementary school in the Crown Heights section, police say.
Police say the driver had left the door unlocked and the boy set the fire inside. There was no one on the bus at the time.
When the bus caught fire, the boys jumped off and ran away.
One witness saw the teens and was able to identify an 11-year-old neighborhood boy.
The boy was arrested on charges of arson as a hate crime and criminal mischief as a hate crime.

there were either five boys or no boys on the bus when the fire was lit. maybe there were five but they jumped off. it was lit by either an 11 year old or a teenager or five of them. there is no telling from this story.
Watch the security camera video and it will all become clear.
does it matter which one of the 5 lit the match? all were there. all were part of it. all are equally guilty.

If that bus was used by minority youths and white youths set it on fire, the national news media would have a field day denouncing white hatred and bias. I’m sure Obama would visit the site to show sympathy (prejudice really) and say that if I had a child…(you know the rest).
One day, soon I hope, the Yad of HaShem will be raised against all those who perpetrate by word and deed evil to the Jewish people–such people are these “youths” their parents and ALL members of their community.

PS: May I suggest that all Jews do more Talmud Torah, more davvening and more Chessed (by monies to refurbish the bus so frum girls can study Jewish law)
