B’chasdei Hashem, three terrorists were taken into custody in a joint operation involving Israel Police Yomam commandos and the ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet). The three were part of an eastern Jerusalem terror cell that was apprehended was planning a terror attack in the immediate future, during chol hamoed.
The suspects in custody are residents of Jabil Mukhaber in Yerushalayim as well as Shechem. Authorities add they do not have a record of past terror-related activities and were acting independently, not as members of one of the known terrorist organizations.
