Good news for residents of Betar Illit, with officials announcing plots of land were allocated for 14 mosdos in the Tamar neighborhood known as the B2 area. This includes educational institutions, mikvaos, shuls and chessed institutions. The municipal council also approved NIS 18 million towards the construction of a Mifal HaPayis auditorium and heath center, refurbishing the current structure and also funding activities to improve road safety in the community.

Mayor Rabbi Meir Rubinstein praised the decision and added it attests to the marvelous across-the-board cooperation by all factions towards improving and enhancing municipal services for all.
