12:00PM EST: Hatzolah is on the scene of an MVA involving an overturned vehicle on the FDR Drive South-Bound near 49th Street. NYPD TMC advises that all lanes going south-bound have been shut down. NYPD ESU reports that all occupants have self-extricated themselves from the vehicle.
Extent of injuries are unknown at this time.
