Recent statements from MK (Bayit Yehudi) Betzalel Smotrich resulted in a wave of responses, for and against, as the dati leumi MK supported a report that some hospitals segregate in their maternity wards to permit Jewish and Arab women to remain in rooms void of the other.
Actually, according to a Channel 2 News report based on a poll of Jewish Israelis, 49% state they would not live in an apartment building with Arabs as opposed to 42% expressing they would. The remaining 9% are uncertain.
When asked if they would permit an Israeli doctor treat them, 82% of Jewish respondents said “yes” while 13% said “no”.
According to Channel 2, the survey was conducted on April 7, 2016 and it included 505 Hebrew-speaking respondents.

and if they were to ask the charadim, I’ll venture that at least 3/4 would not want a secular in their building.
And if you ask seculars, most wouldn’t want charadim in their building.
We have slowly developed a racist mentality in and among ourselves.
The only thing shocking here is that 42% would.
the other half lied.
