Bus # 1 is still rolling when he turns on his red fleshing lights.
At the same second that bus #2 starts to pas bus 1 makes fullstop and at that point the fleshing lights was at his blind spot.
For what reason do they switch from yellow to red when they are still rolling??

Not saying what he did was correct, but the flashing lights were yellow until he just started to pass. It’s possible by the time they turned red he couldn’t even see them.
And we are supposed to put are kids in the hands of these crazy FRUM bus drivers???? This is not normal. He should be fired fined and even arrested for what he did. And if we do it a million points on our license. He should lose all of his drivers licenses not only his cdl

The bus behind should have prepared to stop as soon as he saw the yellow flashing lights.
In the same way, when you see a yellow traffic light, you should slow down to stop.
This is an advance warning to stop, not speed up.
