While the PA (Palestinian Authority) continues to espouse a genuine desire for peace with Israel, it continues to host anti-Israel propaganda on TV and other media. This sentiment is also present among many Israeli Arabs.

On Tuesday, 26 Adar-II, Jerusalem police destroyed a memorial garden in Ras el-Amud which honored slain terrorists, who are referred to as holy martyrs by the PA.

The memorial garden was begun a number of weeks ago and a sapling planted aside the photo of each ‘shahid’, martyred terrorists shot dead as they attacked innocent Israelis civilians and law enforcement troops.

Removing the memorial park was not problematic since the saplings and the pro-terrorist graffiti were all found on public property. No arrests have been made but police signal they are aware of the identities of some of the people involved and they will be summoned for questioning.
