It is being reported that NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg will be hosting a Chanukah party in the Tzivos Hashem’s Jewish Children’s Museum in Crown Heights.
In previous years, the Mayor has hosted the party, for about 300 of his closest friends and Jewish community leaders at the Jewish Museum in Uptown Manhattan.
The “by-invitation-only” reception will take place on Wednesday evening, corresponding to the 6th night of Chanukah.

Is he giving chanukah gelt???!!!
It’s a nice musuem, by the way. The top floor has a very cute exhibit of the life cycle of a Jew, but unfortunately it is exposed to the elements, which have taken their toll.
