The High Court of Justice on Sunday, 24 Adar-II, intervened to block the sealing of the homes of three Arab terrorists who were involved in the Rosh Hashanah murder of Alexander Levlovitz HY”D, 64. The court did permit the demolition of the main culprit in the deadly attack, Rabb Dawiyat. Four terrorists were arrested for their role in the rock-throwing that led to the victim’s death in the Armon HaNatziv neighborhood of the capital.

Justice Esther Hayut explained the others were present and yes, they threw rocks, but at different vehicles. Hence she feels their actions do not warrant sealing their homes as well.
